Whatever Wednesday - Medallion Trivet

I made this stamped stone trivet  a few months ago & haven't posted it yet, so I thought I'd show you.  Isn't it beautiful?  You can read about how to create a trivet or coasters in my April 21, 2010 blog post.

This particular trivet is adorned with the gorgeous Medallion stamp and the retired Warm Words stamp set ("happiness").    Just about any word or phrase would look pretty alongside this Medallion design.

One final word about these stone pieces......make sure you purchase the tiles without a glaze on them.  Look for "tumbled tile".
