punches: scallop circle, 1 1/2" circle, Crop-o-Dile or other tiny circle punch
The only thing not fast about this card (remember, it's Fast Friday!) are the little holes you punch across the top & bottom of the light-colored cs. That takes an extra minute or two. If you line up a ruler across the card, you can draw dots onto each scallop that are exactly in the same spot on each scallop. Then, just punch, punch, punch on top of each dot.
