cs: Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery
dsp: Patterns Designer Series Paper - Certainly Celery
stamp set: Bitty Basics
ink: Classic Stampin' Pad - Certainly Celery
other: Heart to Heart Punch, dimensional
Just do repeat stamping of the heart all over the front of the card, add a strip of patterned paper, stamp a mini message & then punch it out with a heart. Use a dimensional to pop up the heart & you are done!
