Are you wondering how I created this beautiful scalloped edge? Stampin' Up has a new line of paper punches that will premiere in the Sale-a-Bration and Occasions Mini catalogs in January. This card uses one of the punches & you can get it free with a $50 order during Sale-a-Bration!
The bird from the Berry Christmas stamp set is stamped on designer paper. Ribbon is fed through one of the scallops on the cs, so I didn't even need to punch a hole for the ribbon!
I hope you like the card & might want to try it yourself! You might try it with the eyelet border punch if you have that one.
