Whatever Wednesday - Uni-Ball Signo Gel Pen

Have you seen the white gel pen that rolls really smooth from a medium ballpoint tip? Check these out on page 190 of Stampin' Up's new catalog. You may remember using this pen at some of my stamp camps. It is an awesome tool to have on hand for less than $4!



Here's some things you can do with it (I'm sure there are more, but let's start with these!):

• Write on dark card stock. You can journal with it, or write a title on dark card stock to get a cool lettering effect - like the journaling on this scrapbook page!

• Color in the center of flowers.

• Make faux topstitching with it, just as you can do with a black marker.

• Make white polka dots.

• Add little teardrop shaped dots for that gleam of "shine" on anything. It makes the thing you are coloring look like it has been splashed with a ray of sunshine - just like those "still life" paintings that have a little white spot on the pieces of fruit.

• Draw dotted lines or doodling on scrapbook pages or cards - in white!

• Color something white.

• Make your own patterned paper by adding tiny white shapes, such as itty bitty daisies or dots.
